Linda-Jean Cockcroft joins RPA

Linda-Jean has joined RPA as Technical Director – Business, Industry & Growth and will be working on REACH, other chemicals legislation and more broadly to support RPA’s work in the fields of impact assessment and policy analysis for the European Commission and national authorities. Based in the UK, she will also spend a considerable amount of time in Brussels.

With a strong business background in consulting on strategic business programs and on sustainability, she joins RPA from having worked with EPPA, where her focus was mainly on REACH related activities; during this period, she was seconded full-time to a major French chemicals company for 2.5 years where she focused primarily on Authorisation and acted as project lead for a consortium.   Prior to this she worked at TNO in the Netherlands and Ernst & Young.

Linda-Jean’s role will include helping RPA to further develop its service offering to the chemicals sector and regulators.   RPA is already extensively involved in providing Authorisation and Restriction support services to a number of industry associations and their members, as well as other consortia and individual companies.  We also carry out the day-to-day management of Authorisation consortia, and are receiving increasing requests for more strategic support in relation to other issues such supply chain mapping and the PACT list.
