Biocides and Pesticides

RPA played a major role in a review of the impacts of implementation of the Biocidal Products Directive for the European Commission, DG Environment. We then led a follow-on study to assess the impacts of possible amendments to the Biocidal Products Directive, also for DG Environment.

RPA undertook a study for the UK Pesticide Safety Directorate (PSD) to determine the most appropriate means to assess the benefits of current and future legislation to control of the use of pesticides. We also led a further study to determine the scale and patterns of amenity pesticides use across the UK, again for the PSD.
