Sarah Gelpke, a Consultant with RPA, has degrees in Development Studies and Development Planning. She is a Social Development Specialist with more than 15 years experience in the UK and overseas (Africa, Asia and the Caribbean) in the fields of policy and programme development, health sector, water, hygiene and sanitation, community development, institutional capacity-building, education, participatory monitoring and evaluation, sustainable development, environment and tourism, agricultural systems analysis.
Since joining RPA in 2005, Sarah has assisted on a number of projects including our work for the Countryside Agency on coastal paths and for the European Commission on eGovernment as well as using her facilitation skills in workshops on flood defence.
