David Fleet, a Technical Director with RPA, is specialised in project management, appraisal and evaluation, with degrees in Economics from Cambridge University. He has over 20 years experience in project management and consulting, in the fields of international development, policy and planning. Prior to joining RPA, Mr Fleet has worked for a variety of international institutions such as the UK Foreign Office, Government of Gambia, and the United Nations and for a number of EC funded development programmes around the world. Mr Fleet has extensive experience in establishing and managing multi-disciplinary teams, involving the 'starting-up' and management of projects and programmes.  Since joining RPA in 2006, Mr Fleet has project-led an impact assessment on sustainability mechanisms for the provision of eGovernment infrastructure services for the European Commission and assisted in the valuation of impacts from the Water Framework Directive on industry, the environment and human health for the UK Government.
