Emma Douglas, a Researcher with RPA, has degrees in French and German. She worked for the UN Mission in Kosovo for two years before coming to Norfolk and then joining RPA in 2009. Since then, Emma has been assisting with a number of European Commission studies by providing research and analytical support for policy impact assessments. This has included the application of methodologies and evaluation tools for the appraisal of the environmental, social and economic impacts of various policy measures; and research by means of internet searches, literature review and consultation with stakeholders.
