Carl Clarke is a Researcher with RPA and has a background in Environmental Sciences. Since joining RPA in 2009, he has worked on a range of projects both for industry and the European Commission. These include the research and review of the implementation of the Environmental Noise Directive and the assessment of the administrative burden on the UK oil and gas sector and on the implications of zinc exposure in relation to the Water Framework Directive. He is also currently working on the development of a new version of RPA's corporate sustainability report.
